Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Integrate pipelines with testing, deployment, security, and monitoring tools
Optimize pipeline performance, reliability, and scalability
Implement DevSecOps metrics (CFR, escape defects, regression success rate, etc.)
Enforce security, compliance, and audit controls within CI/CD workflows
Develop and integrate AI agents for automation, reasoning, and task orchestration
Collaborate with Dev, QA, Ops, and Security teams
Provide technical leadership, best practices, and documentation

Must-Have Skills

10+ years of overall IT experience with strong DevOps background
Hands-on experience managing GitHub Enterprise environments
Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Deep understanding of Git, branching strategies, and code reviews
Proven hands-on experience in AI solutions / agentic AI systems
Experience with autonomous or multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI functions, etc.)
Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices and metrics
Proficiency in Python and/or Shell scripting
Experience integrating CI/CD with real-world systems, APIs, and tools
