You have the opportunity to build a large and sustainable business which focusses on building capabilities and driving GTM motion for Gifting use cases for all sizes of businesses.
There are also a myriad of surrounding business management functions that you will need to influence for the success of your workstream.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement a go
- to
- market strategy, acquire and scale mid
- large Enterprises serving their Gifting needs.
This includes but is not limited to :
-
1) Creating a holistic scalable and efficient acquisition plan of small
- mid
- large enterprises with an objective to unlock their Gifting spends
2) Determine the best go
- to
- market approach, driving HVAs and early engagement of accounts
3) Manage internal and external teams for driving key metrics on acquisition and early engagement
4) Delivering key metric within financial efficiency guardrails
5) Partner with performance marketing and depth motion to develop farming and scaled engagement practices
6) Develop a playbook for Gifting vertical in IN B2B landscape
7) Closely work with Product and Operations team to build the right capabilities to scale the charter
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience and understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India and exposure to prior interactions with sellers and distributors
- Experience managing teams
- Experience planning, managing and closing competitive sales efforts and managing deals from negotiation, to closing and through delivery
- Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business
