Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role located in Bangalore Rural, Doddaballapur. The candidate will be responsible for assisting senior engineers in designing, developing and testing hardware and connectors for transmission lines and substations. Key responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing technical data, quality control, and assisting in the development of innovative products. This role provides hands-on learning opportunities and requires collaboration with engineering, production and quality control teams to meet project goals and maintain technical standards.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering concepts related to transmission lines, substations and hardware connectors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and specifications
• Proficiency in Solid works software and technical drafting is preferred
• Knowledge of quality control protocols and industry standards for manufacturing hardware and connectors
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Rural and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Internship or prior experience in a relevant industrial or manufacturing environment is advantageous
