C1 certification is mandatory

Strong proficiency in German and English, with the ability to accurately translate and adapt content across technical, business, and process-related domains.

Excellent command of language to produce clear, concise, and contextually appropriate translations.

Knowledge of translation and localization workflows, including review cycles, approvals, and quality compliance. .

Effective stakeholder communication skills to clarify requirements, terminology, and context as needed.

Experience in maintaining linguistic consistency through proper use of glossaries, style guides, and reference materials.

Understanding of file formats, document structures, and version control in translation workflows.

Ability to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across translated content.

Strong time-management skills to handle multiple assignments, dependencies, and deadlines effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking translation status, managing word counts, maintaining trackers, and supporting basic reporting activities.

Ability to review translations for linguistic quality, tone, and compliance with defined standards and guidelines.
