German Language Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled German Language Trainer to deliver tailored, high-impact language instruction for individuals preparing to live and work in Germany. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German (minimum B2, preferably C1) and passionate about teaching, with the ability to adapt lessons to diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct German language training across proficiency levels (A1B2), both in-person and online.
• Develop lesson plans and learning materials tailored to batch type and student needs (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, culture, exam prep).
• Administer regular assessments (quizzes, mock tests) and provide personalized feedback.
• Prepare students for certifications such as GoetheZertifikat, SD, TELC, etc.
• Use digital teaching tools (Zoho, Zoom, interactive content) for online delivery.
• Adapt teaching methods between online and offline formats and support multiple student batches daily.
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with the training team for curriculum improvements and batch scheduling.
• Occasionally handle exam registration guidance or cultural immersion sessions.

Qualifications

• Certification at least B2/C1 level in German from recognized bodies (Goethe-Institut, TELC, TestDaF, SD, etc.).
• Or Bachelors or Masters degree in German, Linguistics, Education, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of German teaching experience (classroom/online).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, patience, adaptability.
• Tech proficiency for using teaching platforms and in creating digital content.

Shift Requirements

• Rotating shift schedules including morning, evening, and Saturday slots.
• Flexibility to switch between offline classroom and online batch delivery
