Role Overview

We are hiring a committed and disciplined German Language Trainer who can take nursing candidates from A1 to B2 with strong structure, consistency, and outcome-driven batch management.

Goal: Ensure students achieve TELC B2 certification and are fully exam-ready.

Key Responsibilities

(1) Deliver German language training (A1 to B2) for up to two batches

(2) Implement and enforce a structured study plan and discipline system

(3) Conduct grammar sessions, vocabulary building, speaking practice, and expression drills

(4) Track attendance, academic progress, and student seriousness continuously

(5) Support KareerCoach academic initiatives beyond the main batches when required

(6) Provide bi-weekly performance reports to management on exam readiness

(7) Mentor and motivate students to maintain focus and consistency

Requirements

(1) German language certification at B2/C1 level (TELC / Goethe / SD / TestDaF)

(2) Prior experience training students for TELC B2 preferred

(3) Minimum 3 years classroom teaching experience (medical/nursing batches preferred)

(4) Strong knowledge of TELC B2 modules, scoring patterns, and exam strategy

(5) Highly structured teaching style with a results-driven approach and strong batch control
