Client-facing role at the interface of design, engineering, and supply logistics within the automotive domain. This position offers the opportunity to work with emerging technologies while delivering high-quality customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries and documenting actions accurately.
  • Understand and respond effectively to customer queries.
  • Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone in German and English.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure timely issue resolution.

Candidate Profile

  • German language expert (B2 certification from Goethe Institute / Diploma from Ranade Institute or equivalent qualification).
  • Experience in German language support and customer service preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with confident spoken and written communication in German.
  • Excellent listening skills in both German and English.
  • Team player with a flexible, friendly, and open approach.
  • Persuasive personality with persistence and resilience.
  • Proficient in MS 365.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
