Job Description
Client-facing role at the interface of design, engineering, and supply logistics within the automotive domain. This position offers the opportunity to work with emerging technologies while delivering high-quality customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries and documenting actions accurately.
- Understand and respond effectively to customer queries.
- Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone in German and English.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure timely issue resolution.
Candidate Profile
- German language expert (B2 certification from Goethe Institute / Diploma from Ranade Institute or equivalent qualification).
- Experience in German language support and customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with confident spoken and written communication in German.
- Excellent listening skills in both German and English.
- Team player with a flexible, friendly, and open approach.
- Persuasive personality with persistence and resilience.
- Proficient in MS 365.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
