Location: Gurugram (Onsite)

CTC: Up to 9.5 LPA

Job Description:

We are looking for a German B2proficient Customer Support Executive to handle inbound/outbound voice interactions with international customers. The role involves providing prompt, accurate, and professional support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries over voice calls in German and English
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and document interactions
  • Maintain service quality and meet performance metrics
  • Follow company policies and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • German language proficiency B2 level (mandatory)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Experience in international voice process preferred (freshers with strong German skills can be considered)
  • Willingness to work onsite from Gurugram
