- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Pega applications to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members on Pega technologies to enhance skill sets and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub and Pega Application Development.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Pega Case Management with a strong understanding of work models.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex geospatial data.
- Have a proven track record of successful Pega solutions deployment in a hybrid work environment.
- Show expertise in optimizing decision-making processes using Pega technologies.

Certifications Required
