Develop and implement Kofax TotalAgility solutions to streamline document processing workflows and enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Kofax Capture Network Server into existing systems ensuring seamless data capture and processing.Analyze business requirements and design Kofax Transformation Modules to automate data extraction and validation processes.Provide technical expertise in configuring Kofax TA Smart Process Applications to optimize document management and workflow automation.Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Kofax solutions ensuring high availability and performance across the organization.Conduct regular assessments of Kofax systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades and enhancements.Train and support end-users in utilizing Kofax technologies effectively ensuring maximum adoption and utilization.Monitor and troubleshoot Kofax systems to resolve any technical issues promptly minimizing downtime and disruptions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve Kofax solutions to meet evolving business needs.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in document processing and automation using Kofax technologies.Lead initiatives to integrate Kofax solutions with other enterprise systems enhancing data flow and interoperability.Provide insights and recommendations to optimize Kofax workflows contributing to strategic decision-making processes.Document and maintain comprehensive records of Kofax system configurations and changes for future reference and audits.
