Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled GeoSpatial Developer with 9 to 11 years of experience in Java and Business Operations. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of geospatial applications ensuring they meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Assess IT supplier contracts and services for various M&A deals typically up to 2 deals at a time depending on the deal complexity scale etc. acquisition and separation. For in acquisition deal assess and review using pre-defined template IT contracts and vendors of the acquired partner to determine contracts and vendors future state no action terminate keep onboard the vendor
Understand IT contracts and services As- their implications to the deal (integration/separation effort Contract A is expiring in 2 months but Day 1 is six months away. So work with procurement functional leads etc. to make necessary arrangements) dispositions needed and ways to achieve those
Work with procurement et al. on contract dispositions etc
Religiously update/enhance the Master Application Inventory Excel with details such as comments termination clauses IT vendor contacts etc.
Help onboard suppliers into Novartis finance system(s) so that Novartis can schedule continuous payments to these IT suppliers.
Act as an intermediary between DDIT procurement finance etc.
Standardize the contracting process and capture nuances across deal types
Ensure that the contract dispositions don t result in red flags in finance reports
Work closely with key stakeholders deal PM functional leads procurement SME finance SME suppliers business owner etc to unearth and regularly maintain contract details
Skills Understanding of procurement processes vendor onboarding project management IT integration processes
Prior experience with M&A IT projects preferred
