Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated GeoSpatial Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Scrum ALM Tosca Java Jira PL/SQL and Maven. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively contribute to our projects during day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze geospatial data to support project objectives and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of geospatial data into existing systems.
  • Utilize Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently.
  • Implement and maintain Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools to streamline development processes.
  • Develop and execute test cases using Tosca to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Write and optimize Java code to enhance application performance and functionality.
  • Manage project tasks and track progress using Jira to ensure timely delivery.
  • Design and execute PL/SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
  • Utilize Maven for project build and dependency management to maintain code consistency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for geospatial applications and tools.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by adhering to best practices and standards.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

  • Possess a strong understanding of geospatial analysis techniques and tools.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Scrum ALM Tosca Java Jira PL/SQL and Maven.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Have strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Hold a relevant degree in Geospatial Science Computer Science or a related field.
