Geneva implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Geneva, including installation, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support
• Collaborate with fund accounting, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and design Geneva workflows.
• Map and migrate financial data (portfolio, trades, pricing, P&L, NAV, GL, investor allocations, etc.) into Geneva.
• Develop and maintain Geneva reports, workflows, and custom configurations to meet business needs.
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshoot system issues, and ensure system accuracy.
• Train and support end-users in Geneva functionality, best practices, and reporting.
• Partner with SS&C Advent and third-party vendors on upgrades, patches, and integrations.
• Document implementation processes, configuration changes, and standard operating procedures.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 37 years of hands-on experience with SS&C Advent Geneva (implementation, configuration, or support).
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, portfolio accounting, and investment management workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and reporting tools (Geneva RSL, SSRS, or similar).
• Experience with system integration (trading platforms, data feeds, reconciliation tools, investor portals).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with hedge funds, private equity, or asset managers.
• Prior experience in vendor/client-facing implementation projects.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
