Must have hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud, specifically configuring and managing its core features and AI capabilities.
Direct experience with Co-pilot, preferably Genesys Co-pilot, including deployment, training, and optimization of its generative AI and natural language processing (NLP) models.
Proficiency in using Genesys Cloud APIs and web services to integrate Co-pilot with existing CRM, knowledge bases, and other business applications.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture and deployment best practices within a Genesys environment, ensuring security and scalability.
Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and post-launch support.
Experience with Genesys reporting and analytics to measure Co-pilot's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Knowledge of healthcare data privacy regulations (like HIPAA) and the ability to ensure the Genesys environment is secure and compliant.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve issues related to the Genesys platform, integrations, and overall infrastructure.
