Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience in S/4 HANA Advance Order to Cash S/4 HANA OTC - Basic Information system S/4HANA Basic Logistic Execute S/4 HANA EDI/IDOC map for OTC and S/4 HANA Standard Order to Cash. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Outbound Logistics and Service Desk. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of S/4 HANA solutions for Advance Order to Cash processes.Oversee the integration of S/4 HANA OTCBasic Information system with existing systems.Provide expertise in S/4HANA Basic Logistic Execute to optimize logistics operations.Manage the mapping of EDI/IDOC for OTC processes to ensure seamless data exchange.Develop and maintain S/4 HANA Standard Order to Cash configurations to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of S/4 HANA solutions with business goals.Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to S/4 HANA OTC processes.Provide training and support to end-users on S/4 HANA functionalities.Document system configurations processes and procedures for future reference.Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in S/4 HANA implementations.Support the Service Desk in resolving technical issues related to S/4 HANA solutions.
Qualifications
Must have 10 to 14 years of experience in S/4 HANA Advance Order to Cash.Must have experience in S/4 HANA OTCBasic Information system.Must have expertise in S/4HANA Basic Logistic Execute.Must have experience in S/4 HANA EDI/IDOC map for OTC.Must have knowledge of S/4 HANA Standard Order to Cash.Must have domain experience in Outbound Logistics.Must have experience in Service Desk operations.Nice to have experience in hybrid work models.Nice to have experience in day shift operations.Nice to have experience in system performance monitoring.Nice to have experience in training and support for end-users.Nice to have experience in documenting system configurations.Nice to have experience in compliance with industry standards.
