Job summary
We are seeking a Technology Specialist with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Amazon SNS Amazon SQS MongoDB and Node.js. Experience in OTT Digital Content Delivery is a plus. This hybrid role offers a day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable applications using Node.js to ensure optimal performance and user experience.Implement and manage messaging services using Amazon SNS and Amazon SQS to ensure reliable communication between distributed systems.Design and optimize MongoDB databases to support high availability and performance requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that enhance our digital content delivery platform.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure seamless user experience.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new features and enhancements.Ensure security best practices are followed to protect sensitive data and maintain user trust.Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and providing constructive feedback.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience with Amazon SNS and Amazon SQS for messaging services.Must have extensive knowledge of MongoDB for database design and optimization.Must have proficiency in Node.js for developing scalable applications.Nice to have experience in OTT Digital Content Delivery domain.Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Must have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Must have experience with agile development methodologies.Must have the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.Must have a proactive attitude towards learning and implementing new technologies.Must have strong documentation skills for maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.Must have a focus on security best practices to ensure data protection.Must have the ability to work in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision.Must have a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
