Job Title : Gen AI Tech Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a GenAI Tech Lead with strong expertise in Azure Cloud and Azure OpenAI Services to lead the technical delivery of Generative AI solutions This role combines handson development team leadership and technical problemsolving ensuring secure scalable and highquality delivery of GenAI projects The Tech Lead will mentor engineers enforce best practices and act as the primary escalation point for technical challenges

Experience Requirements

11 years of overall experience in core IT and software development

5 years of handson experience with Azure Cloud with AI technologies

2 years of experience in Generative AI RAG LLMs Azure OpenAI LangChain and related technologies in building AI Agents

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align technical delivery with business goals

Break down complex features into actionable tasks and ensure Agile practices are followed

Lead development of GenAI solutions using Azure OpenAI LLMs RAG pipelines LangChainLangGraph and embeddings

Provide handson coding debugging and troubleshooting support

Mentor teams on prompt engineering multiagent orchestration and best practices

Own the application deployment process by defining and implementing CICD pipelines for GenAI applications ensuring secure and reliable delivery

Collaborate with DevOps and Infra teams to validate configurations and enforce security compliance

Establish observability and monitoring frameworks for GenAI workloads

Maintain clear documentation and governance using Confluence and Jira

Build ProofofConcepts POCs aligned with CXOlevel discussions in fast paced environment

Must Have Skills

Strong handson experience with Azure Cloud and Azure OpenAI Services

Proficiency in Python LangChain and RAG workflows

Handson experience with Azure API Management for secure and scalable API exposure

Experience with CICD Agile delivery and secure deployments

Nice to Have

Azure Machine Learning MLflow for model lifecycle

Prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks

Familiarity with containerization DockerKubernetes for AI workloads

Knowledge of Azure security best practices RBAC Key Vault
