Generative AI Engineer

Were looking for a talented Generative AI Engineer who can design, develop, and deploy advanced GenAI systems across text, image, and largescale data environments. Youll work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to bring AI innovation to realworld applications, while also mentoring junior team members.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning & Deep Learning concepts, algorithms, and neural network architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, with handson experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Practical expertise with GANs, VAEs, and generative applications in NLP and image generation.
• Strong experience in LLMs and textgeneration systems (Transformer models, finetuning, prompt engineering).
• Skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and familiarity with MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, deployment).

Good-to-Have

• Research mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of RAG, diffusion models, or multimodal GenAI.
• Comfortable working in a fast-evolving AI ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced Generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, LLMs).
• Train and fine-tune large-scale models for high performance and scalability.
• Prepare and preprocess large datasets for AI model training.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and integrate models into production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest research in GenAI and apply new techniques proactively.
• Mentor and guide junior team members; track tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with backend, QA, UI/UX, and business teams for smooth integration.
• Ensure best practices for code quality, localization (English/Japanese), and security.
• Integrate APIs and backend services for dynamic data and real-time transactions.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
