Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Engineer GenAI & MCP Toolkit to build next-generation Generative AI capabilities and develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) tooling that powers the enterprise semantic layer. This role combines software engineering, AI integration, and platform development to enable intelligent, secure, and context-aware enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Generative AI features that enable natural language querying and semantic understanding.

Build and extend MCP tools, adapters, and servers for secure interaction between LLMs and enterprise systems.

Implement semantic search, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

Collaborate with platform, data, and AI/ML teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and observability for AI-driven services.

Design and develop APIs, developer tools, and integration services for AI platforms.

Required Skills

37 years of experience in software engineering or backend development with MCP as mandatory.

Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.

Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.

Experience building APIs, microservices, or developer platforms.

Understanding of cloud platforms and secure enterprise system integrations.

Preferred Skills

Experience with agent/tool frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI tools.

Exposure to semantic layers, knowledge graphs, or metadata systems.

Familiarity with LLM safety, grounding techniques, and context management.

Experience with RAG architectures and enterprise AI deployment patterns.
