Job Description

• Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of AI agents and agentic workflows
• Build and implement Generative AI solutions aligned to business use cases
• Apply prompt engineering and context engineering to optimize LLM performance
• Develop AI services using Python and Java , integrating with APIs and application platforms
• Work with LLMs such as OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, and Meta LLaMA
• Build and consume REST APIs and integrate AI models into enterprise systems
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for secure and efficient AI deployments
• Ensure secure handling of API keys, tokens, and credentials
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage source code with GitHub
• Test AI agents and workflows for accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and deliver AI-driven solutions
• Mentor team members on AI solutioning, prompt design, and best practices
• Act as an internal AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) and drive AI adoption initiatives

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI & Agentic AI

Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI / Anthropic / Azure OpenAI / Meta LLaMA)

Strong programming experience in Python (Java knowledge required)

Hands-on experience in prompt engineering & context engineering

Experience building and integrating REST APIs

Hands-on experience with Flask or similar backend frameworks

Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of GitHub / Git-based version control

Experience handling API security (keys, tokens, secrets)
