Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Science & GenAI professional with strong expertise in AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on model development experience, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions for real-world business problems
• Build and optimize RAG-based applications using LLMs and vector databases
• Work with structured and unstructured data for NLP, NLG, and LLM use cases
• Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy ML/DL models at scale
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment
• Ensure best practices in model performance, scalability, and governance

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of ML algorithms: GPTs, CNN, RNN, SVM, Naive Bayes, k-NN, Decision Forests
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy (deep expertise in at least one)
• Experience with NLP, NLG, and LLMs such as BERT, LLaMA, GPT, PaLM, BLOOM, LaMDA, DALLE
• Proficiency in SQL & Python (Scala/Java/C++ is a plus)
• Experience with Big Data & Cloud AI services:
• AWS SageMaker, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Colab
• Hadoop, PySpark, Hive, AWS EMR
• Knowledge of NoSQL & Vector Databases: MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, etc.
• Exposure to BI tools: Tableau, Power BI

Analytical & Soft Skills

• Strong foundation in statistics, algebra, and applied mathematics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
