As a Senior AI Engineer, you will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and infrastructure engineers to design and scale algorithmic products, including Generative AI models and Agentic frameworks. Success in this role involves developing high-quality code and GenAI platforms that enhance the deployment of AI applications across the organization. Your work will be pivotal in operationalizing AI models and integrating them into enterprise systems, giving significantly to the company's innovation and technological advancement.

Responsibilities of the role

• Design and develop scalable AI models, platforms, and Agentic frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.
• Implement DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps methodologies in daily operations.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Refactor and contribute to shared code libraries, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Coach and train junior engineers, developing training materials.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend best practices for AI model and Agentic framework implementation.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• At least 7 year of proven experience is required
• Proficiency in AI lifecycle management, Python, software engineering practices, and Agentic framework development.
• Experience with deploying enterprise-grade AI/ML products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with DevOps environments, CI/CD tools, and API management.
• Experience with source control management tools like GitHub and Agile tools such as Jira.
