Overview

Seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with 57 years of handson expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing automation agents. The role requires deep technical understanding of agent architecture, execution flows, and system integration.

Responsibilities

Build, enhance and maintain advanced automation agents for largescale test execution.

Optimize agent performance, reliability, and communication workflows across distributed systems.

Troubleshoot complex agent behaviors, analyze detailed logs, and drive root cause resolution.

Integrate agents tightly into CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.

Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to improve automation efficiency.

Provide technical guidance to junior engineers on agent design and best practices.

Contribute to framework scalability, maintainability, and overall automation strategy.

Required Skills

Strong, indepth understnading of Gen-AI concepts and ecosystem.

Experience in agent development (architecture, orchestration, communication, monitoring) is a big plus.

Solid understanding of automation frameworks, distributed execution models, and system-level integrations.

Proficiency in scripting/programming languages used for building automation components.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.

Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problemsolving capabilities.
