About the Role

We are hiring recent graduates or final-semester students with strong AI fundamentals and hands-on project experience beyond coursework.

This role is ideal for someone who has built at least one serious LLM project (RAG, chatbot, agent system, document QA, etc.) and wants to move from experimentation to production-grade systems.

What Youll Build

• Develop LLM-based applications (RAG systems, semantic search, AI agents).
• Design retrieval pipelines (chunking strategies, embedding selection, indexing optimization).
• Implement structured prompting and output validation.
• Build scalable REST APIs to serve AI models.
• Evaluate LLM performance (hallucination mitigation, grounding, response quality).
• Optimize inference performance (latency, token usage, cost tradeoffs).
• Write production-quality, maintainable Python code.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong foundation in:
• Machine Learning (bias-variance tradeoff, evaluation metrics).
• Deep Learning fundamentals (transformers, attention mechanisms).
• NLP concepts (tokenization, embeddings, semantic similarity).
• Strong Python skills.
• Built at least one:
• LLM-based project (chatbot, RAG, agent, document QA).
• Understanding of:
• Embedding models and vector similarity.
• Prompt engineering (zero-shot, few-shot, Chain-of-Thought).
• LLM evaluation methods.
• Experience with Git.

Preferred

• Built and deployed a working RAG pipeline.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or custom orchestration.
• Familiarity with HuggingFace Transformers.
• Exposure to vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
• Experience with Docker or cloud basics.
