Role:
As a Lead GenAI Architect you will design, implement and deliver cutting-edge solutions in the field of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). You are a dynamic individual who is passionate about driving the adoption of AI solutions at scale and thrives in engaging with CxO level executives.
· Engage with CxO-level stakeholders to understand business priorities and articulate how Generative AI solutions can create strategic value.
· Provide thought leadership by sharing insights, trends, and best practices in the Generative AI landscape across industries.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI Engineers, Data Scientists, SMEs, and business leaders to identify, design, and pilot high-impact GenAI use cases.
· Conduct feasibility assessments for use cases, including alignment with business strategy, technical viability, risk analysis, and ROI evaluation.
· Drive architecture decisions balancing build vs. buy vs. boost strategies and ensure scalability, flexibility, and cost-efficiency in GenAI solution design.
· Develop and maintain end-to-end GenAI architectural strategies, leveraging modern cloud-native and hybrid platforms.
· Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI frameworks, toolkits, APIs, and platforms that align with business needs and technology standards.
· Identify, communicate, and mitigate technical risks associated with GenAI solution design and deployment.
· Review solution architectures and implementation plans to ensure they meet performance, security, compliance, and maintainability requirements.
· Define and implement governance and monitoring frameworks to track GenAI model performance, usage patterns, ethical considerations, and reliability over time.
· Foster a culture of scientific inquiry, encouraging hypothesis-driven development and data-backed decision-making in GenAI experimentation.

Job Description:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing AI solutions, with a focus on Generative Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong understanding of AI platforms, tools, and frameworks, and the ability to recommend suitable options based on client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with CxO level executives and articulate complex technical concepts in a business context.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the design and deployment of AI solutions.
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices and ethical considerations.
