Role: Full-Time Consultant Surgeon

We are looking for a skilled and motivated General Surgeon & Proctologist to join our clinical team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be proficient in minimally invasive procedures, proctology surgeries, and advanced laparoscopic techniques. The role involves managing OPD, performing surgeries, and delivering high-quality post-operative and in-hospital care.

• Stapler Hemorrhoidectomy
• LIFT Procedure
• FILAC
• Mucosal Flap Procedures
• Pilonidal Sinus Ablation (Laser / Other techniques)
  

• Laparoscopic Hernia Repair
• Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
• Laparoscopic Bariatric Surgeries (preferred exposure)
• Laser Procedures
• Stapler Circumcision
• Laser/RF Ablation of Varicose Veins
  

• Attend OPDs, diagnose patients, and recommend appropriate surgical/non-surgical treatment plans.
• Perform day-care and in-patient procedures as per surgical expertise.
• Carry out all laser, stapler, laparoscopic, and proctology-related surgeries with high precision.
• Manage post-operative care, follow-ups, and complication handling.
• Provide in-hospital care including round duties, patient monitoring, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including anesthesia, nursing, and medical coordinators.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, ethics, and clinical quality.
• Stay updated with the latest minimally invasive and laser-based treatment advancements.
  

• Strong patient communication & counselling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Good decision-making and diagnostic skills
• Willingness to participate in clinical CME programs and continuous learning
• Team player with a commitment to high-quality outcomes
  

• MBBS + MS (General Surgery) / DNB (General Surgery)
• Additional fellowship or certification in Proctology / Laser Proctology is an added advantage.
