Role Overview
The General Manager Sales will lead and scale the sales function for Adobe software solutions, CAD
software, and associated hardware products. The role is responsible for revenue growth, key account
management, channel partnerships, team leadership, and strategic market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Leadership
Drive end-to-end sales strategy for Adobe products, CAD software, and hardware solutions.
Achieve revenue targets through direct sales, channel partners, and enterprise accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
Set KPIs, monitor targets, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Build a high-performing sales culture focused on accountability and growth.
Client & Account Management
Manage key enterprise and strategic accounts.
Conduct client presentations, product demos, and solution proposals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and closures with customers.
Business Development & Partnerships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Adobe partners, CAD vendors, and hardware
OEMs.
Expand reseller and system integrator networks.
Track competitor activities and market trends.Sales Operations & Reporting
Oversee CRM usage, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Coordinate with marketing, technical, and support teams for smooth execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA / Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
15+ years of experience in B2B sales (software / IT / CAD / hardware preferred).
Strong understanding of Adobe solutions, CAD software, and IT hardware sales.
Proven experience in team leadership and enterprise sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with design studios, engineering firms, architects, or manufacturing
clients.
Channel sales and partner management experience.
Strategic planning and budgeting expertise.
