Client Introduction

In this role, you will collaborate closely with one of our esteemed clientsa global leader in their industry, recognized for their commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence. They have partnered with Dautom as their trusted IT consulting provider for upcoming strategic initiatives.

Functional Responsibilities

1. Check that all PRs have valid contract or prices and acts on the ones that have no price in coordination with material buying manager.
2. Maintain filing system for all section documents such as deals with copies of quotations and the related POs.
3. Communicates with vendors to resolve purchase order discrepancies.
4. Review of supplier documents.
5. Follow the tender procedure including the completion of tender documentation, distributing tenders to eligible contractors, and communicating with bidders, answering questions etc.
6. Prepare, conclude, and maintain contractual procurement of services in line with policy.
7. Manage processing of RFQ s, Service POs, Bid evaluation, release orders for services.
8. Produce contractor cost estimations as required by the end user.

Job Summary

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management & Logistics or Business Administration or related fields from an accredited university
• Understanding of ERP system, ideally Oracle.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral presentation.
• Compliance with the SLA.
• Saving value on issued POs during the month.
• Percentage of number POs.

Percentage in value of POs.

Preferred Certifications

• Ideally CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations
• Ideally APICS - CSCP - Certified Supply Chain Professional (ASCM)
