General Manager-Project

Role Summary:

The General Manager Projects will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multispecialty hospital construction projects, ensuring completion within timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall hospital project execution from concept to commissioning.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Oversee civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, medical gas pipeline, fire & safety, and allied services.
• Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress and control costs to avoid overruns.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms at site.
• Review and approve contractor bills, BOQs, and procurement plans.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure smooth project commissioning and handover to hospital operations team.
