Looking for a senior technology leader with 1215+ years of total IT experience and minimum 5+ years in leadership roles such as IT Head, Head of Technology, IT Director, or GM IT.
Location- Navi Mumbai
Candidate must have proven experience in:
Building and scaling enterprise IT infrastructure (Cloud AWS/Azure preferred)
Application architecture, ERP/CRM systems, and backend platforms
Cybersecurity, data protection, and IT governance frameworks
Compliance, IT audits, and risk management
Driving digital transformation initiatives across business functions
Technology cost optimization aligned with business growth
Managing cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Application, DevOps, Security) of 15+ members
Reporting directly to CFO/CEO and collaborating with business stakeholders
Preferred industry background: AgriTech, Retail, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or FoodTech.
Experience in startup-to-scale or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
Location: Mumbai (preferred). Open to candidates willing to relocate.
