Role - General Manager - MICE Sales

Location- Mumbai


Responsibilties:-

  • Achieve budgeted sales and revenue targets by developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers
  • Build pipeline of new customers and maintain Key account relationships to build repeat Businesses
  • Build brand value by demonstrating professional practices
  • Ensure client collections are as per the agreed terms and conditions, cash flow management
  • Signing of MOUs / GFOs / SLAs for all projects
  • People Managers to establish and govern the performance management system, which includes allocation of responsibilities, roles, setting right expectations of the team and drive complete accountability with results
  • Understand the industry best practices and consider implementing them as per business requirement
  • Responsible to build strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers across all corporate clients
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
  • Updating sales funnel and participates in regular sales reviews in conjunction with the senior key account management
  • Regular updating of the information / data on the business system for MIS and follow laid down processes under the sales function of MICE Business

MICE, MICE Sales, Corporate Sales, Incentive sales, MICE Sales experience: 10+ years,
