Job Description
- Will handle sales and marketing activities for the Ultra Luxury residential Villas.
- Will be able to identify the probable buyers of HNI (High Net Worth Individuals).
- Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to accomplish projected sales targets.
- Create Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
- Handling the Sales and CRM Team, nurturing leads, negotiating commercial terms & closing the sale.
- Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.
- To consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities.
- Assisting Strategy Team with pricing strategy in line with market demand.
- Network with premium customers for project marketing & sales.
- Customer Relationship Management - Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.
- Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
- To handhold the customer through pre- and post-sales processes till possession.
- To be involved in negotiating and closing deals with customers.
- Achieving revenue targets and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS of the nature of activities.
