Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving the sales targets for the assigned half of Franco Africa (FA) countries.
- Field Operations Enhancement:
- a. Implement MedPro field reporting system.
- b. Ensure adherence and analyse interior tour plans.
- c. Manage the recruitment process through portal.
- d. Oversee promotional input distribution and update stock in portal.
- e. Ensure expense submission and control through the expense portal.
- Maintain field attrition below 15% in the assigned countries.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of promo activities; aim at retaining existing Drs and add new Drs as per the growth for annual business growth.
- Ensure sales loss remains below 2%.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top doctors, grossists, promo agents, and internal field team members to support smooth business operations.
- Ensure implementation of field training programs focusing on product knowledge, selling skills, and practical application.
- Identify and develop new areas for field expansion to achieve 78% growth in coverage annually.
