Purpose of your Role

Step into a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership of revenue growth across new and existing accounts. You will be at the forefront of expanding the businesslaunching new revenue streams, winning new logos, and driving deep product penetration within strategic customer portfolios.

This role offers full accountability for new order booking and revenue performance across assigned accounts. You will lead the entire sales lifecyclefrom strategic planning and market prospecting to executive relationship building, opportunity shaping, deal execution, and closure.

Operating at both tactical and strategic levels, you will actively influence operating plans and translate business strategy into measurable outcomes. Your contributions will deliver meaningful mid-term impact on business unit performance while positioning you as a key driver of sustained growth.


You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities)

  • Drive business growth by analyzing market potential and formulating strategic sales plans to expand existing accounts, unlock new revenue streams, and secure highvalue new logos.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a highperforming team of Business Development Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and results.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and executive sponsors across client and partner organizations.
  • Own the sales pipeline end to end, ensuring rigor in forecasting, revenue visibility, and alignment with business and growth targets.
  • Engage closely with key customers to understand their strategic priorities, business challenges, and operating environments, ensuring seamless execution throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Take full ownership of assigned strategic accounts, including navigating buying behaviors, contractual frameworks, internal governance, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and hands-on guidance to account and sales teams; the role may operate as a senior individual contributor or lead a focused team, depending on portfolio scope.
  • Continuously track market trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving client priorities to refine account strategies and drive sustainable, profitable growth.

Key Qualification & Experience - Minimum qualification & experience


  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or senior client leadership roles within complex, large-scale organizations.
  • Proven ability to originate, structure, and close transformational deals (50 Cr+), with deep domain expertise in Cyber Security and enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in sales planning, pipeline governance, forecasting rigor, and gotomarket strategy execution at scale.
  • Executive-level presence and influence, demonstrated through exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to engage and align Csuite and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ownership mindset, including P&L responsibility and a track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing business or sales teams.
