We're Hiring: General Manager Sales (Commercial Vehicles)
Hisar, Haryana | Full-Time
Supreme Auto Mobiles Pvt. Ltd. (Authorized Mahindra & Mahindra Dealer)
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to head our Commercial Vehicle Sales division at our Hisar dealership.
What You'll Do:
Own and drive the entire commercial vehicle sales function LCV, HCV, SCV, Pickups & 3-Wheelers
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed targets
Develop and execute sales strategies covering retail, fleet, institutional, and government segments
Expand our sub-dealer network and channel partner ecosystem across Hisar and surrounding districts
Strengthen key account relationships with fleet owners, transporters, and institutional buyers
Plan and execute on-ground activations, melas, road shows, and marketing campaigns
Ensure compliance with Mahindra's Dealer Operating Standards and reporting protocols
Present sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and market intelligence to senior management
What We're Looking For:
MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
1015 years in automobile sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (GM / AVP level)
Prior experience with Mahindra CV or equivalent OEM (Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Eicher) strongly preferred
Deep understanding of commercial vehicle market dynamics, financing ecosystem, and fleet operations
Strong negotiation, team management, and communication skills
Fluency in Hindi & English
