Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
As General Manager - Sales & Design, you will own the P&L of the micro territory within a larger geography and drive profitability. You will run and manage the daily Sales operations for your micro territory and monitor the daily / weekly sales conversion funnel and drive improvements to funnel shape and deliver monthly targets. Drive Sales through a highly skilled team of business managers to ensure the best possible TATs and CSAT is delivered to the customer.
Work on projects to optimise cost, drive efficiency in the sales funnel.
Drive productivity of the business managers. Own the hiring and training of talent to build a highly motivated and trained team.
Build a team on strong fundamentals and vision of Livspace
. Work closely with senior leadership on new initiatives and central programs.
Roles & Responsibilities
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant must possess MBA / PGDM preferable in Sales and Marketing from B-School.
Minimum experience required 5+ years
Candidate can be from design background as well
. Applicants from modular furniture background would be an additional benefit.
Role involves extensive travelling to Franchise locations.
