Designation - General Manager - Rubber (Raw Material)

1. Responsible for:

a) Pan India activities for Raw Materials (Specialty / Semi Specialty) for the Rubber Chemicals, Synthetic Rubbers, & other raw materials to tyre and rubber industries. Planning marketing strategies along with the Sr. Management

b) Optimization of opportunities with all the existing customers for all existing and new products

c) Develop new customer base

d) Analysing sales potential and work out sales activities and plan of action

e) Coordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of the sales and marketing plan with regional team members

f) Expanding HROC customer base in the region, to contribute to the revenue target.

g) Must be updated on market trends and situation

h) Representing the company at the highest level to customers

i) Achieving Sales targets & revenue

j) Closing deals independently - with minimum support from heads

k) Must have full update & control of all the customers

l) Must have updates on customers sample requirements, progress and conversion of same to commercialised stage

2. Must be extremely pro-active on closing sales.

3. Required to support the Techno-Commercial requirements of the Product.

4. Would be responsible to confidently negotiate and close right type of business at highest level.

5. Prepare well on time, sales forecast, visit plans, CRM updates, daily activity reports.

6. Conduct/organize technical presentations, seminars in coordination with HQ team.

7. To work continuously on gathering market information, Trends, Competition activities and discuss internally with the team.
