We propose establishing Skilled Training Centres across India to transform raw manpower into a skilled workforce, creating employment opportunities in India and overseas.
These centres will deliver industry-aligned training and hands-on expertise, enabling workers to optimise efficiency, proficiency, and productivity, thereby significantly enhancing their employability and access to sustainable livelihoods.
The training programs will focus on Industrial,Civil and Construction sector skills, including but not limited to Masonry, Carpentry, Lamination, Scaffolding, Plumbing, Electrical Works, Welding and Allied construction services
The initiative aims to bridge the skill gap in the construction industry while creating a reliable pipeline of certified, competent, and employment-ready professionals.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Recruitment located in Delhi, OH. The General Manager of Recruitment will oversee recruitment operations, develop and implement effective hiring strategies, and manage relationships with stakeholders to address talent needs. The role involves managing recruitment campaigns, executing talent acquisition processes, optimising recruitment strategies, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategy, and Workforce Planning
- Knowledge of Candidate Sourcing, Screening, and Selection processes
- Leadership and Team Management skills, including managing recruitment teams
- Data Analysis and Recruitment Metrics interpretation to improve hiring efficiency
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and candidates
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools is preferred
- Ability to create a positive candidate experience and drive employer branding initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in HR are a plus
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws, compliance policies, and best HR practices
- Minimum 20 years of experience in HR & Recruitment of blue and white collar jobs, of which 5 years of overseas experience is a must.
- Responsible for setting up recruitment offices pan-India
- Handling statutory approvals and administrative coordination
