Role Overview


GM Sales & Marketing will be the strategic Saless & Marketing leader for upcoming high-rise developments, with full responsibility for sales strategy, new customer acquisition, CRM.

This is a senior leadership role requiring a proven real estate professional with strong understanding of RERA norms, multi-channel sales, customer lifecycle, and stakeholder alignment.



KEY DELIVERABLES:


  • Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for high-rise residential projects.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver superior customer engagement and conversion.
  • Manage retail, Institutional, Channel partners, and corporate sales funnels.
  • Conduct sales reviews, pipeline forecasting, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Drive all launch-related activations including branding, customer outreach, CP onboarding, digital campaigns, and site presentation.
  • Oversee end-to-end customer journey from enquiry to possession, ensuring transparency, timely communication, and satisfaction.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy (allotment letters, agreements, amendments, legal paperwork


Incumbent pedigree:


  • 22 + years of experience, worked with reputed developers of residential multistoried apartments with 500+units.
  • Deep market understanding of Ghaziabad, Noida micro-markets.
  • Strong understanding of RERA frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with ethical pedigree.
  • Led large sales teams and drive cross-functional alignment.
