The Mandate

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the final authority on the integrity of our processes. This is a high-visibility role designed for a "builder" who can refine a world-class QSM ecosystem.

• Pioneering Standards:Elevate our existing high-complexity molecular and cellular platforms and the emerging cancer biologics to meet the most stringent global standards.
• Systems Architecture:Proactively overhaul and modernize QSM tools to ensure 24/7 audit-readiness in a high-velocity biotechnology environment.
• Value-Led Governance:Instill a culture where data integrity and patient safety are non-negotiable, acting as the moral compass of the facility.

The Profile: The "Gold-Standard" Candidate

• Experience Profile: Senior leader with 15+ years of progressive experience in Quality and Regulatory functions.
• Academic Foundation:Post-graduate or Doctorate in Life Sciences/Pharmacy.
• The "Specialist" Edge:Preferred certifications include, such as:
• ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM/OE)orCertified Quality Auditor (CQA).
• Six Sigma Black Belt(for process optimization in cellular diagnostics/cancer biologics).
• Advanced GMP/GLP Certificationfrom internationally recognized bodies (e.g., PDA or ISPE).
• Experience:Minimum 15 years, with a proven track record.
