Roles and Responsibilities

Preferred Experience Required Period (number of years):
to Years of cumulative experience in Procure to Pay (AP) function in a Shared Services environment.
Previous Job Experience (top focus areas):
1. Must have completely owned and led the Procure-To-Pay function of a large organization (withrevenues > 5k cr.), preferably in a manufacturing industry.
2. Must have the experience of either setting up a Shared Service centre or in digitization, automationand transformation of P2P processes in a lead role.
3. Should have a deep understanding of latest technology trends in the P2P area.
4. The candidate must be able to understand all aspects related to controls and compliances inProcure-to-Pay function and still have a service mindset.
5. Must have hands-on experience on SAP, must be able to navigate through various SAP features andpull-out data / reports from various systems on his/her own. Should be able to help the teams introubleshooting wherever required.
6. Must have experience of managing senior level stakeholders, both internally and externally. Shouldbe able to handle escalations and audit issues on his/her own
7. The candidate must have a strong KPI mindset and be able to drive performance through KPImonitoring.
8. Candidate should be able to engage with various external agencies (auditors, consultants, taxauthorities etc.) for work related assignments as and when required
9. Must have handled large teams ( to ). Experience of 3 rd party BPOs/Shared Services will be anadvantage, though not mandatory

Any knowledge or skills required to succeed in this job
1. CA with overall experience of + years. Exposure with Captive Setup is necessary.
2. Sound knowledge of accounting concepts in SAP environment
3. Deep understanding of all aspects of vendor payables (Domestic and import P2P function, vendorreconciliation, related regulatory and tax compliances)
4. Good understanding of Indian Direct and Indirect tax laws (GST, Income Tax Act and MSMED Act)
5. Deep understanding of banking and payment channels (eg. Import payments, LC Discounting,Vendor Financing Systems etc.)
6. Excellent communication skills
