The Role
We are looking for a highly disciplined and execution-focused Business Head to take over the day-to-day operations and scale iThink Media.
Currently, the founder is highly involved in daily operations and is looking for a trusted "Integrator" to lead the agency. Your primary objective will be to establish operational rigor, build repeatable sales systems, and manage our dedicated team across Mumbai and Pune. This role is approximately 60% operational management and 40% growth-focused, designed for a leader who can protect our margins while driving scalable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence & Systems Building
* CRM Implementation: Establish, enforce, and manage a robust CRM system to track all leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines. Remove reliance on ad-hoc tracking.
* Process Engineering: Create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for media buying, campaign execution, and client reporting to ensure consistent delivery.
* P&L Ownership: Manage the daily financial health of the agency.
2. Team Leadership & Management
* Lead and mentor a lean, high-performing team.
* Train and support our sales team to ensure high conversion rates on client meetings.
* Set clear KPIs for the team, conduct weekly performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability.
3. Revenue Growth & Client Success
* Build a predictable, repeatable sales engine that doesn't rely solely on founder-led relationships.
* Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high client retention, repeat business, and successful campaign execution.
* Oversee vendor negotiations to maximize yield on media buying and media ownership deals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience: 10+ years of experience in OOH advertising, media buying, or BTL marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership, P&L management, or senior account director role.
* The "Builder" Mindset: You enjoy bringing order to chaos. You are highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable operating without a massive administrative staff.
* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Mumbai and broader Indian OOH landscape, including vendor dynamics and premium client expectations.
* Tech-Savvy: Proven experience implementing and driving adoption of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, etc).
