About Role:
Masters' Union is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Manager Accreditation to join our PGP TBM team. This critical role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in successfully navigating the accreditation process for business schools & education institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Accreditation Management Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of leading accreditation agencies and their specific requirements (e.g., AACSB, BSIS, EFMD).
- Lead the development and execution of annual reports, ensuring they address all accreditation standards with comprehensive evidence.
- Coordinate with an external consultant and manage all aspects of the accreditation site visit, including preparation, coordination with accreditors, and response to inquiries.
- Cultivate a strong relationship with assigned accreditation liaisons at the chosen agency.
Internal Collaboration and Influence:
- Collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and administrators across all departments to ensure institutional readiness for accreditation.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate the Masters' Union community on accreditation standards and expectations.
- Influence key stakeholders to embrace a culture of continuous improvement in pursuit of accreditation excellence.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse accreditation data and identify areas for institutional improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders on accreditation outcomes and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in education, administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accreditation or a related field (e.g., quality assurance, compliance).
- Strong understanding of higher education accreditation standards and processes.
- Excellent project management, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
