Role Title: General Manager - Litigation

Job Description:

• Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and strategic legal planning.
• Formulate and execute litigation strategies, ensuring effective handling of cases across courts, tribunals, and regulatory forums.
• Liaise extensively with external counsel, courts, and legal/regulatory authorities, with deep involvement in Indian judicial processes.

Requirements:

• 10 - 16 years of work experience
• FMCG / Manufacturing background is essential
• Open to candidates from large group companies or law firms
