Job Description:
- Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and strategic legal planning.
- Formulate and execute litigation strategies, ensuring effective handling of cases across courts, tribunals, and regulatory forums.
- Liaise extensively with external counsel, courts, and legal/regulatory authorities, with deep involvement in Indian judicial processes.
Requirements:
- 10 - 16 years of work experience
- FMCG / Manufacturing background is essential
- Open to candidates from large group companies or law firms
