This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Guwahati, for a General Manager Human Resources. The General Manager HR will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, leading human resource development initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing effective HR policies and frameworks. The ideal candidate will drive organizational growth by fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Experience with the design and implementation of HR Policies and frameworks.
• Strong capabilities in Human Resource Development and employee training initiatives.
• Expertise in Employee Relations, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• A postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior HR management or leadership position in a healthcare or similar industry is a plus.
