Job Description
Role
Lead and manage end-to-end US HRO operations, including Payroll, Benefits administration & Retirement services. Role requires strategic oversight of service delivery, ensuring excellence in client satisfaction, operational efficiency & compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the US HRO Operations team, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Encompassing onboarding, data management, benefits administration, front office back-office activities, exits.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Presales, Solutions, and others, to participate in RFPs and RFIs for new client acquisitions, ensuring accurate and competitive submissions.
Qualifications
- Any Graduation or Post Graduation
- Minimum 16 years of experience with significant expertise in US Payroll, Benefits, and Retirement operations within HRO across the BPO industry
- Proficiency in HR technology platforms such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and JIRA
