General Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the complete operations of a 3-star hotel. The candidate will be responsible for managing hotel departments, ensuring guest satisfaction, driving revenue through rooms and banquet sales, and maintaining high operational standards.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Maintenance.
• Ensure excellent guest service standards and handle guest complaints effectively.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and banquet business to maximize profitability.
• Develop strategies to increase corporate bookings, travel agent tie-ups, and event sales.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and government regulations.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for management.

• Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• Minimum 810 years of experience in hotel operations, with 35 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing 3 or 4-star or boutique hotels with banquet facilities.
• Strong network with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
