Roles & Responsibilities

Solution Design & Strategy: Analyzing potential clients' business requirements and designing end-to-end WMS solutions that align with industry best practices and leverage Blue Yonder's capabilities.

Product Demonstrations: Leading and delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to customers and C-suite executives, showcasing how the Blue Yonder WMS can solve their specific challenges.

RFP/RFI Responses: Managing the bid management process, including developing detailed and persuasive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acting as a liaison between the sales, professional services (delivery), and product development teams to ensure technical solutions align with client business objectives and are deliverable.

Presentation & Communication: Highly developed presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

Market & Competitor Analysis: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights that impact deal success.

Ares of Expertise and Proven Track Record:

Configuration of integration mapping, WCS module and BY WMS generic configuration (from start to finish)

Proven track record in have implemented min. 5 implementation projects as the senior configuration resource

Proven experience with BY Integrator

Proven experience with page builder / MOCA

Proven experience in configuration of BY WMS Discrete v2018 or higher.

Understanding of BY WMS Discrete v2025 with Cognitive AI Capabilities an added advantage but not mandatory

To be able to guide a customer throughout the application setup and advice/guide business requirements

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or Logistics.

20 to 25 years in BY WMS Discrete Warehouse Management System solution (Discrete)

Should have strong domain knowledge in BY WMS Discrete solution with an understanding on how the BY WMS Discrete solutions can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes. Extensive experience in constructing an overall Architecture for current and future business needs.

Strong expertise in MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, Reports and labels

Strong experience in integration of BY WMS Discrete with variety of host and destination systems using BY WMS Discrete Integrator/Connect.

Experience in developing, modifying interfaces, tracing and troubleshooting.

Experience with support tools, Project management and global SharePoint.

Knowledge of integration techniques using middlewares like BY WMS Discrete connect, MuleSoft, TIBCO

Should understand the SDLC processes and have a good experience on requirement analysis and design.

Experience of working in fast paced dynamic environment including multiple vendor

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Must exude a positive, can-do attitude and an inclination for process improvements
