General Manager – Group Treasury

Role Title: General Manager Group Treasury

Location: (Mumbai + Onsite)

Job Description:

• Group-level treasury role within a large, diversified Indian conglomerate
• Manage deployment of surplus funds across fixed income, capital markets and inter-company structures
• Execute treasury transactions including investments, funding movements and internal capital allocation
• Coordinate group-wide banking relationships and approvals across operating entities
• Oversee liquidity visibility, cash positioning and treasury reporting at the group level
• Work closely with senior leadership on treasury execution and capital deployment

Requirements :

• 1418 years of experience in corporate treasury, group corporate finance or institutional investment environments.
• CA or MBA from Tier 1 institutions
• Strong exposure to surplus deployment in AAA-rated debt, fixed income instruments or treasury investment portfolios.
• Hands-on experience with capital markets, banking negotiations and group-level treasury governance.
• Mandatory working knowledge of RBI regulations, Companies Act and inter-company funding structures.
• Background from large corporates, conglomerates, or cash-surplus organisations preferred.
• Strong execution mindset with high compliance and governance orientation.
