Job Responsibilities GM - Finance & Accounts:

Experience: 15-20 years

Industry - Construction Mandatory

Location: Bangalore

Position: Based on your previous designation

CTC Range: 35 40 Lakhs

Candidate Criteria:

Educational background: CA with MBA or M.Com (Finance)

Industry experience: Construction industry only

Market exposure: Bangalore

Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 1 month

Heading Finance & Accounts Department with wide gamut of responsibilities

Encompassing Business plan

Budgeting

Sourcing and allocation of funds

Internal & Statutory Audits

Tax structure & Compliances

ERP & MIS

Project Cost Management

ERP Structuring and Implementation for all business segments of the Group

Cash Flow Management, Project Cost Management & Variances Reporting.

Develop Business plans, Budget & Cash Flow of the project and corporate.

Heading Finance, Accounts and Taxation,

Costing and Financial analysis

Raising Construction finance/Term loan/NCDs including periodical compliances and pre-operating/pre-opening functions specially relating to setting up of business process re-engineering, including defining the business processes,

Implementing various operating & financial systems, and involved in coordinating the upgradation of computerized environment through a systematic review of existing process and presenting lot of inputs for an amendments / additions to cope with existing business needs and information to Management
